If you are offered a management sales position, I would recommend turning it down if you value the freedom to make your own decisions. One of the most micromanaged companies I have ever come across

Very good health plan that includes dental and vision plans. Flex time and "unlimited" vacation.

The total pay with bonuses available is reasonably generous.

Dedicated and driven by successful completion of the tasks at hand. Competent and Loyal would be two words I'd use to describe the team around me.

This company has a home base in Boston and doctors working across the US. Improved communication to and from doctors would be helpful, such as ability to directly send secure email regarding patients we have seen in common, and easy access to policies and updates in a searchable form.

Everyone from the top down knows that this is a growing company; we all tend to put in extra effort and put up with little hassles because we know it. There is the feeling that if we all keep working hard, we will all keep doing very well.

Never being bored. There is so many projects with meaningful objectives, staying engaged is not a problem!

I'm a doctor--the best thing is seeing patients and trying to help, whether it's telemedicine, as here, or "old-fashioned" office practice. When I make an anxious patient relax and smile, or figure out something complicated despite the limits of no labs and no touch, I love it.
