Salary needs to increase and we need more vacation days

Improve the current antiquated processes they're currently using. Again communication is horrible and it strats at the top.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers are hard working people who go above and beyind. Too bad the management team arent mire appreciative
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Avain better communication, and we need better managers who are constantly looking for things to find issue with. We beed better resources whwn it comes to doing our jobs!
