This company provides good benefits and very competitive pay. Like most jobs you will be asked to work overtime, from time to time. One problem is lack of notice for mandatory overtime, but there is potential to make good money here. The job is pretty easy and all and the supervisors treat you well.

The managers do treat you well. They do let you know that you're needed and appreciated.

The coworkers are great. There is a real team environment here that I do enjoy. We all work well together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The one downfall of Americold is that they do not do bonuses. But they do compensate well with that for pay and every once in a while you may receive a $25 bonus for services done. But the lack of bonuses is a little downfall, I believe.
