having the interview while walking a facility and laying eyes on potential issues.

Huge improvements on the financial side. Long term contracts, more capital, got rid of the mom & pop mentality.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is pretty good. bonus could be a little better especially if I had more control over it and it was not tied to external factors out of my control.
