Fantastic science and team work, dedicated managers and colleagues, but inferior compensation practices leading to talent flight. Amgen HR is terrible. Company under-resources everything at every level and workload is very heavy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I know competitors compensate their staff much more generously (base salary is 10% below and stock compensation 50% below competitors.)
