Raise salaries to compensate for the increased workloads, especially, if they are unable to retain or recruit Employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries are not Commensurate with the amount of work assigned and the pressure to turn it around yesterday regardless of The fact we are understaffed.
