Nothing will change in CIS until there is a regime change in CIS exec leadership.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Quite frankly my coworkers suffer from the same problems as I do...low morale. Due to the lies and cutthroat behavior of CIS leadership, no-one has drive to work beyond what is absolutely necessary.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
After over a decade of working in the IT department, I'm sad to say this is not longer the Amica I signed up for. The new CIS leadership is not transparent in their decisions and now truely embodies the meaning of at-will-employment. We are losing the best of our workforce because of our CIS execs
