Mr. Michael G. McAuley, also known as Mike, has been Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer at Ampco-Pittsburgh Corp., since April 25, 2016. Mr. McAuley has 25 years of experience in a broad range of financial management responsibilities for public companies. He spent 16 years in the chemical industry with Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. in a variety of financial leadership roles that included investor relations, controller, financial analyst and auditor. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at RTI International Metals, Inc. from July 2014 to April 25, 2016. Mr. McAuley served as Treasurer at RTI International Metals, Inc. since July 2014. He had responsibility for all financial operations including accounting and financial reporting, treasury, investor relations, tax and corporate development. Mr. McAuley served as Chief Financial Officer for ECI Development, Ltd. He served as Vice President and Treasurer of Goodrich Lighting Systems GmbH until 2012. He served as Vice President and Treasurer of Goodrich Corp. since December 2007. He served as Vice President and Segment Controller of Actuation and Landing Systems Segment at Goodrich Corp. since 2004. He is a Certified Management Accountant. Mr. McAuley has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Allegheny College, Pa. and a Master of Science in Management from The Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, Ind.
