What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the transparency. Our values of humility, ownership and growth mindset all have transparency baked into them, and that shows in our work and in the way we treat each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is creative. They are always seeking ways to improve, whether that is holding retrospectives to see where we can get better/where something didn't work, or asking for feedback from cross-functional teams to ensure we're planning holistically.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how reachable and transparent they are. They are willing to set aside time to connect 1:1 with us, and they provide an honest, but aggressive future plan with our broader team, working with other leaders to help us see how all of us fit into the larger company goals.
