I joined Amplitude in the middle of COVID and was immediately impressed by how well the company was functioning while the world burned down around us. I have never worked anywhere where my direct reports, my immediate supervisor, and the C Suite shared the same vision, Amplitude is a special place!

We have built a culture of inclusivity and transparency from the top down.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is young and hungry to learn. We fully embrace the Amplitude company values of humility, ownership, and growth mindset!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are all highly collaborative with one another and no initiative is too small for cross functional partners to roll their sleeves up and help drive the business in the right direction together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Promoting one of the A+ players on my team to another part of the business and seeing them continue to grow there careers in a way that also drives a massive amount of value for our company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
If asked before we went public I likely would have said all the ancillary perks that add up (e.g. productivity stipend, L&D stipend, commuter benefits, etc). Now that we are public, my initial equity package and our ISPP are the best parts.
