My team is a newer function at Amplitude and we've been given autonomy to build our processes with tremendous support from cross functional leaders.

The thrill that I am working with 500+ other people to meet a goal and that goal is to help customers build better products!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very empathetic, taking into account the greater good and what is best for the customer. The bottom line is important but they are aligned with the idea that if you take care of your employees they will take care of your customers.
