What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always available, great communication, always proffesional but extremely friendly. Ive never had such an amazing leader i have learned so much from than my current one at AMS!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Foster a postivie work environent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401(k) with company match, amazing health insurance with multiple plans to choose from that is 100% covered. They do not deduct from your check like many other employers.

Everyone is friendly and enjoyable to work with, always willing to help, and have helped me grow in my career.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Listen to people who are oustide your friend group
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager is extremely empathic, understanding, always available, great communication and provides me with career growth opportunities.
