Management needs to listen to employees and clients. Ask their opinions and respect their perspectives.
Site lead at SF is responsible for the mess and being not authentic.
Curb the illegal back room deals in hiring decisions.

The process in itself was long drawn out and I was about to lose faith and just abandon it.
