What is the best part about your compensation package?

The stock option. It used to be profit sharing but that has been slashed to minimal amounts.

I receive a pension but I understand they don't offer that anymore. What a surprise.

I feel like I am paid extremely well for the work that I put in with Andersen. I never imagined that I could make this kind of money, Or provide for my family in this way.

I get to work with my wife so we can have the same days off. I will do anything for her.

It accumulates during the years

Fair and comprehensive, easy to understand and flexible.

Bonus package. Right now the health insurance would break me. I'm lucky that I can be on my husbands benefits.

They are just a fair company.

Company continued to take away employee benefits. Profit sharing was reduced by 80% and the employees continue to pay for bad leadership decisions.

Money is secondary. Working for and with people who truly have integrity matters. There needs to be more than just money

We're overwhelmed with over time and on top of that they took away one of our breaks because they "think" it benefits production quantity. It doesnt. The employees that k ow multiple jobs should get paid more . Especially if they have been working there for several years.

Corporate needs to hold the franchise responsible for how the operation goes from clients to staff to sales.

Pay us above market value, if I can take a quick look around and find 10 jobs paying the same right after we got a wage increase then obviouslly it was only done in an attempt to not be outdone by competitors and not because they value thier employees
