Company continued to take away employee benefits. Profit sharing was reduced by 80% and the employees continue to pay for bad leadership decisions.

We're overwhelmed with over time and on top of that they took away one of our breaks because they "think" it benefits production quantity. It doesnt. The employees that k ow multiple jobs should get paid more . Especially if they have been working there for several years.
Corporate needs to hold the franchise responsible for how the operation goes from clients to staff to sales.
Pay us above market value, if I can take a quick look around and find 10 jobs paying the same right after we got a wage increase then obviouslly it was only done in an attempt to not be outdone by competitors and not because they value thier employees
