- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The only people at the store level who are paid fairly are the Store Managers. Corporate needs to re-evaluate the pay structure in stores

Employees are mostly young females being underpaid by a company that says it empowers women. The company uses a sorority mentality to shame young women into accepting less than they are worth
