What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The store is positive. Everyone i work with directly is so hardworking. Corporate is negative. They want more for less and if you ask for more hours or money they tell you that you can leave
What are some of the best things about your team?They are multi-talented. Everyone does every job and they make pennies for it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The only people at the store level who are paid fairly are the Store Managers. Corporate needs to re-evaluate the pay structure in stores
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The employees who stay, stay because they like who they work with not who they work for. Employees are mostly young females being underpaid by a company that says it empowers women. The company uses a sorority mentality to shame young women into accepting less than they are worth
