Anritsu Company Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Leadership has taken steps the make base salary more reasonable relative to competing companies.

Competitive pay and good benefits.

The best part about this is that the more we learn the more compensation we earn.

I believe the best part of the compensation package is the medical benefits.

Health care good benefit for us

Review from Product Dept

Pay range similar to other companies in the same market, although not aggressive Bonus or stock options programs, big disadvantage driving a constant curiosity on better packages outside

Review from Finance Dept

The salary range appears to be inline with other organizations.

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Engineering Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel for the area we live and work in we are underpaid. I understand the stat of the company and am willing to continue on here as I value the job I do and the people I work for and with.

During the July layoff, when my department was affected, in an effort to stay prepared for my family, I begin to look for positions for jobs I am currently holding at Anritsu. I was heartbroken to discover I'm $35K lower. Am I getting equal pay? I've should have demonstrated my loyalty by now....

better medical insurance and wages

Review from Product Dept

Salary commensurate with experience not company performance

Compensation is less than competition.

Review from Engineering Dept

Compensation doesn't currently include incentive for doing more. Goals are defined as team goals and do not really include specifics to develop my role within the company. Corporate mantra is very 'dated' and not innkeeping with a more modern productivity assessment.

New employee coming with less experience but get bigger salary than old employee with 19 years working in Anritsu. I feel very sad, That is why a lot of people left Anritsu.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I do not know why I get the not good judgment

to be more in consistency with market value and inflation rates

Review from Customer Support Dept

Increases are not really based on performance or value to the company. It is a general distribution of a budgeted % amount. Key contributors should be rewarded with bonus plans, or phantom stock. Long term employees should not have to leave to achieve more than a set % yearly increase

Review from Admin Dept

I know that others are more highly compensated when, as a contributor, I am at the same level or higher for our respective responsibilities.

Review from Sales Dept

Comparable positions that are posted on job websites have a base salary generally 20% higher than the Anritsu range.

Review from Operations Dept

Comparing the current market rate for someone with my level of experience, I feel I am underpaid as I have many friends with same level of experience who are getting paid at least 50% more salary. This makes me feel undervalued.

I think my payment should be corrected, because I did add a lot of new responsabilities and activities from what I hired for and I receive just a small correct on payment which is not in accordance whit the changes

cost of living is going up

My job is done by two or three people from another countries. Too much activities for one person.

Pay me what my experience in the field should be paid

Review from Marketing Dept

They are paying a little less than market rate

Review from Engineering Dept

My review was lower than my peers even though my performance and productivity were higher compared to the group.

increase salary to match the market
