Transparency, it is clear the company is not doing well financially but there has been no announcement of how we will weather the storm. How can someone work to better the company if they do not know the direction. New employee have no vacations cause of shutdowns. give them advance notice atleast

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel for the area we live and work in we are underpaid. I understand the stat of the company and am willing to continue on here as I value the job I do and the people I work for and with.
During the July layoff, when my department was affected, in an effort to stay prepared for my family, I begin to look for positions for jobs I am currently holding at Anritsu. I was heartbroken to discover I'm $35K lower. Am I getting equal pay? I've should have demonstrated my loyalty by now....

Think about what benefits the overall Anritsu group. Too many are interest in only results that benefit their immediate teams.

Everyone is siloed and is not allowed to know what other deparment is doing even though we are all Anritsu. Best example is how Sales and Manufacturing do not talk in meaningful way.

Connection, upper management is not connected to the employees. They are too concerned about themselves.

We are understaffed and need resources.
Improve facilities and overall feel of physical workspaces and common areas.

Hope we can work together to release more competitive products. Hope company can hire enough staff, as in prior downturn some staffs have left, I currently still need to support other sales region in addition to my own sales region, sometimes the task could be a bit overwhelming.
