Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All employees at the retail level need to be paid more for the what we have to deal with on a daily basis. I would even take a lower discount to have better pay.
I am part time and have benefits
No benefits , no living wage, no flexibility in schedule. Ive worked for a store...large format and have run literally up to ten miles in a day runnung sizes, being on all day and couldnt survive if i didnt have a dual income.
Bonus paid during Christmas since the long hours
Follow at least the industry standards
We get paid $16 an hour to provide exceptional customer service to sell fast fashion dresses priced at $300 to upper middle-upper class women
I work FT hours without reaping FT benefits.
Better managers. Better work conditions. Higher pay. Longer breaks.
The store manager makes all of the employees feel undervalued by never gives positive feedback only yells at employees because she herself is miserable with her life.
I get paid the same amount as the other associates, but have more responsibilities.
