What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with are good people who are hard working and we are all trying our best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very kind and caring team at the retail level but they are under a lot of stress and it is creating a toxic environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All employees at the retail level need to be paid more for the what we have to deal with on a daily basis. I would even take a lower discount to have better pay.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is too much product and the product quality is not as good as it used to be. Customer service is subpar and people are frustrated with the lacking product quality as well the decline in customer service. It is consumerism at its worst.
