The store manager makes all of the employees feel undervalued by never gives positive feedback only yells at employees because she herself is miserable with her life.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The morale does not exist in this store. The management gets down on their employees who work the hardest leading them to quit. Turning a blind eye to really big issues within management because they don't want to deal with the consequences. Zero communication
