I wish my coworkers were more positive - but this is gradually improving.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I just got a new boss at the start of this year who so far seems to be a huge improvement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am only eligible for an annual bonus for one more year and have not gotten a raise in 3 years.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There's a culture hangover on my team from years of poor leadership but I am seeing improvement as a result of our new boss.
