We are all motivated to win, no ego's, and all open minded.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We can all come to agreement and communicate when it gets down to it!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To keep growing members so the pace picks up but I do realize it takes time. I'm in it for the long hall.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel freedom and love that I get 10 paid holidays. It feels like I can take ownership and that works for me because I'm an entrepreneur at heart. I work for two locations and both owners are great!
