For starters, great. It has taught me many things, and created a great sense of professionalism in my day to day. As I have gained more tenure in the company, the structure and vision of the company does not seem like one that is sustainable or that will be mega successful in the future.

Wowing a customer with a great presentation, and enjoying my co-workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people coming together to get things done, and when we hang out outside of work.

Everyone is willing to help out, and no one is afraid to ask questions. Our office (WeWork building) is also a very fun environment to work in, and is very conducive to fun and productive work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to make customers happy, and providing the "wow" solutions to a customer on a specific project. Also when my manager, or other "higher up" colleagues involve me in the conversations that are meaningful in the company and to our company's future.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organizing a company structure with clear jobs/titles/and roles. Empowering people with decision making power to execute their jobs based on their clearly defined roles and responsibilities. All of these things should align clearly with company goals with a strong leader to keep everyone aligned.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very open with us. Even the newest of team members can have a direct line of communication to our CEO or CTO to ask questions regarding our tool and business process. From a communication hierarchy standpoint, our company is very flat, which is awesome.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very open with each other which helps in the day to day work environment. My colleagues are fun to work with, and are very knowledgeable. The open office and culture we have is very effective for sharing information and pushing each team member forward in learning and productivity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My team is heavily involved in the writing and scoping of projects/contracts, yet only the sales person will get a commission cut, even though my team will do 85% of the project/contract work. Also with no company equity option, bonus, or even 401K match, the only monetary valuation is a flat salary
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role, and others like me, complete the majority of the work and hold the most knowledge of our product/company, yet we are compensated way less from a base & bonus/commission structure than other roles who's names may be on accounts yet do little to no work other than push paper and chase people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a few of my very close friends, and some who have grown me professionally, and I will always hold them in high regards. My team is very talented for the most part, and everyone who has taken the time to understand our product has become a very valuable asset to the company.
