AODocs is a great company to work for and the people are great to work with. I think some changes could be made to make peoples' work-life balance better and maybe some more motivational incentives could be added. Overall, great place & company.

Everyone is very friendly, lively, and young. No one seems to be miserable to come to work at AODocs everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are understanding of a work-life balance, and they believe in our company and products which pushes everyone else to believe and work hard.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
(#) Company events more often.(#2) We should also do company trips or incentives if we hit certain numbers/quotas - this gives people goals and motivation. (#1) We should also try summer hours on Fridays (i.e. Get off early).
