Overall, I think working for AODocs is a great opportunity and I hope we're as successful as I know we can be. However, when certain areas of the business are far behind others (sales, marketing, customer success), it does make me concerned for our future. We need to learn how to scale properly!

That everyone is so hardworking and willing to lend a hand / help out whenever needed!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That it does feel like one big family! Although, there are times where I wish we celebrated wins more and didn't focus on the negatives so often
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate that leadership realized that my comp plan was a bit unrealistic based on our current sales numbers, so they proactively created a solution for the short term that gets me to where I need to be for the year
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There just isn't much focus on positives... We're constantly putting out fires and talking about the things that went wrong or need to be improved. And when it feels like it takes forever to make proactive steps forward, it leaves less to be excited about.
