Remove local leadership and promote more employees from within vs. hiring outside persons who have little to no understanding of our niche business.
Ensuring that the local leadership actually lives the values that the parent purports to promote. Local leadership is abusive to staff both verbally and at times physically.
Newer staff isn't trained properly and attempts to take cues from senior leadership and attempt to delegate their work onto other staff members which is a problem on two accounts - first, they need to do the work & learn to master their role and second, the other staff members are overloaded.
