Aon needs to start hiring junior staff at a higher rate as all of the senior management is retiring, leaving middle management with all the work and no junior staff.
Truthful, candid communication. Most people can work well through tough seasons if they believe they're headed in the right direction. Without good leadership that provides that communication and direction, the culture suffers.
