The work as a team but are undervalued and compensated

They need to learn the job & would be better served by getting training
Newer staff isn't trained properly and attempts to take cues from senior leadership and attempt to delegate their work onto other staff members which is a problem on two accounts - first, they need to do the work & learn to master their role and second, the other staff members are overloaded.
Tell the truth -- the inability to admit fault and learn from mistakes is crippling, professionally.
