Care about the employees, not just about the money.
get PTO and holiday pay for employees who are left as indefinite/long term contractors who the client doesn't plan to hire ever.
Job description states paid holidays and sick pay. You receive only pto and are expected to use it for vacation, sick time, and holidays. I recommend changing your description instead of misleading people.

I wear too many hats to be getting paid as little as I do, not to mention the importance of what I do as well. Not saying I should be getting a million bucks a year or something crazy, but $63k isn't enough.
