Amazing solution, negative environment, unrealistic expectations and workload. Ridiculous amounts of weekly spreadsheets, duplicitous work.

The solution is amazing, and my peers are phenomenal.

Insanely smart, driven, amazing big picture view, willingness to get in the weeds with people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My peers are smart and resilient, and are great at what they do. They are eager to work as a team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change the Bro Culture, give employees a work/life balance (a large emphasis is put on forcing family to pick up your slack so you can focus on work 150%), and, while the process works insanely well, they need to recheck the reality of how relationships are formed in accounts/timelines, etc.
