True DEI efforts where everyone is truly equal. Support for the AAPI community (ERG would be great). eStaff open to listening to the employees. Actually doing something about high attrition. Be honest.
Focus on delivering technology first and foremost. Do that by figuring out a more collaborative way for Cisco and AppDynamics to work together. Too many internal conflicting interests that ultimately detract from the holistic solution delivered to the customer

Change the Bro Culture, give employees a work/life balance (a large emphasis is put on forcing family to pick up your slack so you can focus on work 150%), and, while the process works insanely well, they need to recheck the reality of how relationships are formed in accounts/timelines, etc.

Cisco bureaucracy, slow to advance career, brain drain at the company, too many reps. Make patches bigger, find a way to more easily sell with Cisco, pay competitively to other major software organizations
