They drive a culture of transparency and trust while providing the support system needed to help me grow in my role and career.
They are always open to feedback and are dedicated to helping us all grow.
Leading. They are reactive to all the inputs around them and without a solid plan it is obvious and demoralizing to the team. Ideas should be more accepted if a plan is not in place. Transparency doesn't mean you divulge what you think is important, it means you tell us everything and we'll decide.
You never have to wonder if you are on the same page as your manager about your salary. There are many opportunities to discuss compensation and the company makes a point of always being aligned with our value and making sure that we are paid the proper market rate for our role.
Salary is targeted below market and benefits change frequently.
Since hiring standards are kept high, everyone I work with is smart, driven, and proactive in helping me out. This is the best group of people I have ever worked with. Hands down.

Probably that we're all such an important part of it and have the platform to discuss it openly and actually shape it. Leadership takes culture very seriously and is always going out of their way to understand what is or isn't working. The company always tries to accommodate us as much as possible.
There's a lot of flexibility. Management really understands that we all have a life outside of work.
Latest changes have been demoralizing to overall morale. But between teams relationships are good.

I love coming to work because I am able to be myself and learn so much from my co-workers. More importantly, I know that the company cares about my growth. We are urged to take courses, attend conferences, and whatever else is necessary to grow in our role and become the best at what we do.
Getting to work on something new and challenging every day. There's never a dull moment.
Changes are made while ignoring the experience and expertise of the team. Experience level for most employees are above 10+ years. Decisions about performance and process are made without them or without value to what they are capable of. Talent is wasted, experience is wasted.
The flexibility, anti-corporate environment, surrounding myself with people who are smarter than me and the amount of care that is put into seeing everyone in the company succeed.
