What is the best part about your compensation package?

The wage is good and the benefits are good.

By far, the best benefits available. Exhibits the progressive values of the company/

Paid weekly which is great

The benefits are very comprehensive and high quality coverage

Employer subsidized platinum level benefits, 401k match, learning funds, vacation or time off as much needed when needed, match non-profit gift contributions to social causes, and more!!

Good benefits options including health, transport, and life.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The positions I've been offered are the same rate they were 7 years ago. Benefits are substandard and the benefits team is rude and unresponsive. Once a contract is completed, recruiters ignore you and reach out to newer talent, even if the client was happy with your contribution.

Salaries were reduces by 30% across all sales/delivery people - made company very uncompetitive!

I would like the opportunity to grow within my existing company, however, that does not seem like a viable option for anyone in my position.
