Focus on initiatives need to be spaced out. We often have multiple initiatives active across the organization which does not allow you to perfect any one initiative.
The positions I've been offered are the same rate they were 7 years ago. Benefits are substandard and the benefits team is rude and unresponsive. Once a contract is completed, recruiters ignore you and reach out to newer talent, even if the client was happy with your contribution.
Salaries were reduces by 30% across all sales/delivery people - made company very uncompetitive!

There is no opportunity for growth. This drives people to accept complacency. A majority of people go to work with the mindset that it's a job and a paycheck.
