Dr. Ludkovsky served as the Vice President of Global Research and Development at ArcelorMittal USA LLC. He served as the Chief Technology Officer and Corporate Director at ArcelorMittal Annaba Spa. He served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Technology, Research and Development at Ispat Inland Inc., a subsidiary of Arcelor Mittal since 1995. He served as Vice President of Technology of ArcelorMittal USA Inc. He served as Chief Technology Officer of Arcelor Mittal and JSC ArcelorMittal Temirtau.
