Mr. Jefferson de Paula serves as an Executive Vice President of ArcelorMittal. Mr. de Paula serves as Chief Executive Officer of ArcelorMittal South America Long. He serves as an Executive Vice President and Senior Executive Officer of Long Steel of ArcelorMittal Brasil S.A. Mr. de Paula served as the Chief Executive Officer South America Flat at ArcelorMittal until April 5, 2016. Mr. de Paula served as the Chief Executive Officer of the ArcelorMittal Long Steel Americas division at ArcelorMittal since July 2011. Mr. de Paula served as Executive Vice President of Long Carbon Americas at ArcelorMittal. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Long Carbon Americas Business Unit South. He has been Industrial and Commercial Vice President of Acindar since 2006. Mr. de Paula served as Vice President of the Steel Business at Acindar Industria Argentina de Aceros SA. He was Manager of Steel Production for Belgo Mineira and General Manager of USGV. In addition, he worked for Grupo Gerdau and Cofovi. In 2008, He joined Long Carbon Europe as Head of Sections, Rails, Piles and Special Sections Operations. Mr. de Paula has been a Director of Acindar Industria Argentina de Aceros SA since 2001. He served as Member of the Supervisory Board at ArcelorMittal Ostrava A.S. He is a graduate in Metallurgical Engineering from the Universidade Federal Fluminense, Brazil and holds a Master's degree in Financial Business and Marketing from Universidad Austral, Argentina.
