Mr. Samuele Pasi has been General Manager and Head of Institutional Relationships - Italy at ArcelorMittal since September 18, 2017. Mr. Pasi served at JP Morgan since 2000 where he has held various positions in its Investment Banking division, in London, Milan and Rome. Since 2013, he served as Client Executive of JP Morgan's Italian Investment Banking division and led JP Morgan's Italy based team that advised AM Investco on its successful offer for Ilva. and served as its head of Mergers and Acquisitions, Italy. He is a member of Bocconi University SDA's Accounting and Finance Advisory Board and a lecturer at the University's Master of Corporate Finance Department.
