Their transparency and willingness for conversation
We are a TEAM first.
They're incredibly tuned in to the industry and future-focused to find solutions to potential problems down the line. They're receptive to new ideas and finding new ways to innovate our current services. They've handled the return to the office efficiently and safely.
I feel like the leadership team has really invested in me as a member of the company, and it feels as though it is important to them to help me achieve my goals by allowing me to have leadership opportunities.
Their trust in their team(s)
Providing regular and clear updates to the company of what's occurring internally and with our business.
Salary, health insurance and company holidays
I like the health insurance
I'm really happy with our health insurance benefits.
Health Insurance is great and affordable.
I think that my role has expanded far beyond what I was hired for and my pay doesn't accurately reflect that.
Compared to the standard in the industry, I make far below average. Additionally, the whole process for my promotion felt very much like I couldn't negotiate and should just be grateful for what I was getting. I don't believe that many of the men in the company would be told the same things.
Our compensation is far too low. Compensation should take into account cost of living for where employees live especially since we have remote employees living in a range of places. We also need salary transparency.
Peoples openness and willingness to teach and support. People are good to work with and build personal relationships/friendships with
We complement each other skills very well. I also think when we start collaborating, we come up with some great ideas.
Very hard-working + eager to collaborate; also just good, smart people
They're intelligent, hard-working, constructive, supportive, and positive individuals. They are the definition of collaborative teamwork. Everyone's various strengths work together in a harmonious way to deliver great results.
My team is incredibly collaborative and supportive of one another. I routinely think that my team is the best part about my job and one of the main reasons I'd be hesitant to leave. I love working with everyone?

In person get togethers and flexibility
Summer Fridays and the ability to work from home
desire to learn and teach each other new things
Everyone is very supportive of each other and their endeavors. If there is a new initiative to try out, people are very open to making it work. It's great that it isn't corporate-strict and we can have fun with each other. It's also great to have the emphasis on self-care and taking time off.
The people. Not leadership, but the majority of my coworkers. They're really great people.

The colleagues I work with
Hearing about team wins and positive client feedback
I enjoy collaborating with our team members and cross-functionally. I have a good handful of coworkers who I would consider friends and I enjoy working with them. I love learning new things and understanding how other departments operate.
At the highest level, I do enjoy the type of work I do and I love my team.
