What do you like best about your company? The company culture and the people.
What makes you most happy at work?Getting to work on a beautiful and fun project.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone is supportive, talented, and collaborative.
What would you most like to see improved at your company? The parent company's trust in us to deliver a good product and to give us enough resources to do it with.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better tude, better training without tudes. Telling us who the REAL mangers or team leaders are to report too. Not having your own employees try root for your fall. Treat everyone like decent human. We aren’t robots!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They could never tell you who real leadership was. I got in trouble when reporting to so called leadership they pointed too. To point made it a show calling it a “witch hunt” when someone did tell right higher ups for us.
