The culture is nice. The ability to work from home or mobile is awesome.

Was able to meet and interview with several members of the team including the CEO.

Leadership is focused on expansion and truly bringing a patient beneficial product to the “big” table.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation at my current role is perfect. Looking forward to new opportunities to grow with AristaMD and acquire a better compensation package.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Since we are a start-up there are growing pains. In my position I have created many of the SOP's in my department in preparation for expansion. Of course it would had been great if these were already in place, but that is not what I was hired for.
