Everyone here has a good sense of humor, and maintain a professional work environment and culture. There is a healthy respect for vacation and PTO, since everyone works very hard and diligently.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not only are they trustworthy, hardworking, and transparent, but they genuinely care about our team members, and trust us to make good decisions on behalf of the company. It's empowering and exciting to work here.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Objectively weighing candidates' skills and experience, and leadership has a lot of experience in guiding interviewers on best practices. This can take a number of rounds of interviews of candidates, including presentations, code demos, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
The pace of work and progress. Others' excitement, and the mission of the company is inherently good! We help patients get access to specialty care, while lowering costs of healthcare! Also, we often have free lunches, and there's a fancy espresso machine :)
