I work with a great group of leaders that walk along side you and request feedback and are constantly working to make AristaMD the best place to work while providing excellent service. They share the vision of the company and include each of us in on the mission!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great group of nurses and other members. Everyone is always positive and speaks highly of each other. Staff are encouraged to have grace with each other and to maintain open respectful communication. There is no drama or talking about other staff when they are not around. Very positive environment.
