We are on the path to IPO and all employees have been given some ownership in order to benefit from this. We also have reachable if also stretch goals to earn a nice bonus each year

They are so innovative and inclusive in achieving our goals. It feels like every day someone comes up with a way to add more or make even better our already incredible service and employees are always included in these innovations
