Current interview process is great, but not great when I joined many years ago.

Very hardworking and driven individuals. Very cooperative and empathic, and focuses on teamwork. No big egos on the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent about their goals, progress, financials, successes, and failures. Adheres to their own company pillars. Treats employees like humans rather than numbers on a spreadsheet. Listens to feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the best company cultures and environments. Great people, great office, great work-life balance. Fun events once or twice a month. Cool benefits like summer Fridays and ample paid time-off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tech industry is very competitive in terms of compensation. Arkadium is on the lower end of the benchmarking. Some employees have left because they found higher paying jobs elsewhere with less challenging work.
