Mary Catherine Morris — Senior VP & Chief Strategy Officer at Arrow Electronics

Ms. Mary Catherine Morris, also known as Cathy, has been the Chief Strategy Officer of Arrow Electronics, Inc. ('Arrow') since August 2008 and has been its Senior Vice President since January 2007. Ms. Morris leads strategic initiatives for Arrow, including global merger and acquisition activity. Ms. Morris worked at Arrow for over 20 years in progressively senior roles including president of Arrow's enterprise computing solutions segment, vice president of North American support services operations, Vice President of finance and support services for the enterprise computing solutions business and Vice President of Corporate Development. She joined Arrow through its acquisition of Anthem Electronics, where she served as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. She has extensive strategic, leadership, operational and financial experience in the technology area. She served various financial leadership roles in the banking and manufacturing industries. She served as the President of Enterprise Computing Solutions of Arrow Electronics Inc. from January 2007 to April 21, 2008. She served as Acting Co-President of Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions Inc. from September 2006 to December 2006; Vice President of Support Services of North America from October 2005 to August 2006; Vice President of Finance and Support Services, Enterprise Computing Solutions from September 2002 to September 2005 and Vice President of Corporate Development from January 1999 to August 2002. She has been Director of Zayo Group, LLC since November 2016. She has been a Director of Zayo Group Holdings, Inc. since November 10, 2016. From 2014 to 2015, she served as a Member of the Board for GrafTech International Holdings Inc. Ms. Morris holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University and completed Harvard Business School's General Management Program.
