The work culture, colleagues are really wonderful but the job responsibilities we deal on daily basis is beyond our pay grade. Basically paid low to create wonders. Of course the long hours despite the work flexibility we have. Asia regions workload may be different from other regions

Awesome and wonderful colleagues. Liked minded people with common interest given that we are specialists who are passionate about our designs and providing solutions to engineering problems we have for projects

Approachable leaders where they know everyone even if you’re an intern or graduate who just joined Arup. Some days they may sit next to you given the hot decking system we have in office. The leaders are really approachable and able to just ping them if we have any questio

The approachable, willing to help one another,makes the workplace a better place, and the after working hrs social events able to help us to relief some stress despite the long hours per week we have to due with.
