Be more veteran friendly, allocate salaries towards competent talent.
Treating human beings like actualy living creatures instead of robots. Also paying people a liveable wage
Remove / reprimand the ill bosses.

Leaders are always bias towards "British" employees who seem to be untouchable when it comes to layoffs and and force reduction. They always have special treatment when it comes with promotions & upper management positions even when lacking to "basic" qualifications such as professional licensing.

Fair wages inline with industry though job title deflation at arup means this needs to be considered against more senior roles elsewhere
