
Out of 21 ASME employee reviews, 28% were positive. The remaining 72% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping ASME improve their work culture.
Focus on all of the employees.
Recognition and acknowledgement of staff at different levels other than management and above. Anyone below managerial level is ignored.
The better question is what does the leadership team do right. They need to get better at everything.
Cause they would rather hire consulting company's do do the job they hired me to do. Then ask me to do work they are not paying me to do.

Some of the folks at the too need to be held accountable.
Know what their responsibilities and duties are instead of waiting for other staff to point them out to them or do it for them.
While my direct team works well and goes beyond their paid tasks they can not do better cause of leadership limitations.
The want all staff members to contribute.
Act on the results of culture surveys. Get feedback from the assigned mentors and coaches.
Before making changes get the people impacted involved in decision-making. Do not wait to implement changes to realize things do not work.
No one trust the IT department and they seem to hold the keys to the success of the company. They can not get past failure.

Too many chiefs, not enough indians. Staff being hired to do half the work of their predecessors.
The Executive Team should be asking the questions posed here and listen to the responses. They need to listen to staff's complaints and stop pushing things aside or ignoring issues. They need to show they care. It is obvious they do not care about the people doing the actual work.
Well leadership doe not have the knowledge to get things right. They talk a huge game that they can never deliver on. I would work on one project at a time get that right and repeat. I would have actual research be the base of my thinking and nor keep guessing with deadline that don't achieve.
