What did you like most about the interview process?We were not interviewed. We were bought out & brought on board.
What are some of the best things about your team?I consider my team- my region in Retina to be the best in the industry.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Decent pay, but we were bought out and remain at our previous company pay. New hires are being offered much less.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Too much of micro management .
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Have a better HR involvement.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Almost everything. Managers are very insecure, looking after themselves.
