Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'd feel valued if my voice was heard

You are hiring brand new cna for the same as experianced cna

After improving several processes that saved the company millions per year, taking over the most complex projects in my department and achieving a "high meets". This provided me with a 3.5% pay increase amidst record inflation. I was already paid >30% under fair market value for my work.

I feel appreciated but my pay says im undervalued. The same can be said for the rest of my team, too.

Inflation adjustment would be nice

Yes, most of us do. The pay is terrible for the level of responsibility and revenue generation supported. Company takes advantageof their employees innon-urban areas with poor salaries. Recognition on merit is virtually non-existent and career advancement is a mess.

Autonomy to make decisions and run my team with VP back seat driving

Review from Product Dept

Afraid of retaliation when problems are pointed out

Review from Customer Support Dept

The pay is not competitive and is very low for the industry. Company culture and work/life balance used to help me turn a blind eye too it, but recent PPO changes have affected many people negatively driving morale and engagement down.
